Plan campaigns around real service demand and crew availability. This calendar worksheet connects seasonal work, creative deadlines and appointment capacity without inventing urgency.

Use your records before a generic calendar

Seasonal demand varies by service, weather, location and customer base. A universal schedule can miss what matters to your business. Review your own inquiries, booked work, weather-related interruptions and crew availability from previous periods.

Separate demand you can predict from demand you cannot. Recurring lawn service may have a planning cycle; storm-related work can be unpredictable. Do not build revenue expectations on an event or condition that may not happen.

Create one row for each campaign window

  • Service you want to promote.
  • Period when homeowners usually consider that work.
  • Earliest date the crew can accept additional appointments.
  • Capacity limit and office coverage.
  • Offer and any real conditions or expiry date.
  • Footage, photos and approvals required.
  • Landing page and response process to prepare.
  • Campaign start, review and stop decisions.
  • Owner responsible for each preparation step.

Work backward from the appointment window

If you want a campaign to support a particular work period, leave time to prepare creative, review the page and test the inquiry path. The lead time should reflect your actual approval process and how long customers usually take to decide.

Avoid launching because a holiday is approaching if the crew cannot deliver the advertised service. Marketing should help manage demand, not create an appointment backlog the office cannot explain.

A hypothetical two-service plan

A window cleaning company could plan exterior cleaning during one period and prepare gutter-cleaning material for another, where those services fit local conditions and its actual scope. Each campaign would have its own service explanation, footage and appointment constraints.

This is an illustrative planning example, not a seasonal forecast or recommendation for every location. Confirm what your company offers and how weather affects safe delivery before presenting dates or promises.

Set practical pause and review rules

Decide who checks the appointment calendar and when the campaign needs adjustment. A pause may be appropriate when capacity is full, an offer is no longer available or the crew cannot safely deliver the work.

At review time, compare suitable inquiries, booked jobs, cancellations and office workload. Record which service and creative were used. Carry those lessons into the next campaign window instead of reusing last year’s promotion without checking whether conditions changed.
